SWEDISH MASSAGE
Massage using long smooth strokes, kneading techniques and circular movements on superficial layers of muscle using oils or lotion.
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Deeper layers of the muscle and connective tissues are targeted. Techniques include slower strokes and friction across the belly of the muscle.
SPORTS MASSAGE
This modality is designed for people who are physically active. Relaxation isn't the focus, rather preventing/treating injury & enhancing performance.
TRIGGER POINT MASSAGE
Using trigger point release techniques. Stimulate your senses and relieve tension throughout your body. This massage is great to unwind.
